BSU2-50C BATTERY SUPPORT UNIT
OVERVIEW
BSU2-50C provides a stable voltage and up to 50 amps of fully regulated power to prevent loss of charge and damage to the battery.
BSU2-50C can be used with any 12V automotive battery including AGM, GEL and lithium. This unit closes the contacts on lithium batteries.
This low profile (3.5”) BSU2-50C battery support unit provides a constant voltage to prevent loss of data and possible damage to control units during software updates, and module reprogramming as well as diagnostic processes when in a Key On, Engine Off state.
During diagnostic or programming operations, the vehicle’s systems are operating solely from the battery. Maintaining battery charge during this process is critical.
Designed to be wall, ramp or trolley mounted the BSU2-50C has been designed to meet the needs of the high power consuming vehicle.
Supplied with 5M output leads as standard.
Reset contactors on lithium batteries.
Compatible with LiFeP04 with 12V Lithium - All technologies
Comes with 16ft (4.8M) lead set and 8’ (2.4M) C15 to 5-15P power cord.
