“We wanted to say how thrilled we are with the Traction battery charger products and the performance.   We were unsure how these chargers would work in our boating and marine environment but was pleased with the operation and ease of use.

Reading articles about 3-stage smart chargers and understanding the need, I researched and found the Taction brand of products.  We have not had any smart chargers previously and this was my first experience with a smart charger.  It is helpful we could turn on the unit and not worry.  The ready light tells us when the battery is good-to-go.  We really like that feature.

Anyone in the marine industry knows about dead and low voltage batteries.  Seems like we are always charging something in or out of our boats.  Learning about sulfation (crystals) on the battery plates also steered me to Traction chargers as they have units that disulfate batteries.

Reading about Tractions OEM customers convinced me this was a decent option for my marina.

At Scotts dock, we also install 24-volt (lithium) trolling motors on customers’ boats.  Traction has a 24-volt lithium charger that we purchased and used.  Like the 12-volt Traction chargers, the 24-volt version worked perfectly.

Their chargers support several battery types.  We find that feature super helpful as we see all the battery types.

We would recommend Traction chargers for charging batteries as we see them all.”
